Job summary

KeyBank is seeking a Personal Banker to engage clients in conversations, identify financial needs, and provide guidance and solutions to support clients' financial wellness. Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in developing current and new customer relationships and achieving sales goals.
• Sales experience preferred; ability to spark conversations and build referrals.
• Understanding of consumer credit basics including loan-to-value and debt-to-income.
• Foundational sales/service techniques including tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking.

Responsibilities

• Open personal and business accounts (checking, deposits, CDs, etc.).
• Develop partnerships with branch teammates and partners to acquire and deepen client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security and audit procedures and document client interactions.
• Support branch operations including client transactions on the Teller line and participate in huddles.
