Qualifications

• At least one year of related or similar experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent must be completed.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in and complete the Financial Wellness certification program.
• Deliver high quality, consistent member service.
• Ensure personal operations (cash drawer, document processing) meet compliance standards.
• Achieve personal sales goals, including referrals for Financial Wellness Coaching.
• Understand in-branch service functions: account opening, loan application processing, and transaction processing.
• Support in-branch compliance with service levels and processes.
• Assist in business development events as needed.
• Pursue Loan Officer status when possible.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
