Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and monthly billings for commercial accounts.
• Oversee settlement and reconciliation of shared branching accounts daily.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and post payroll entries.
• Maintain fixed asset system and prepare prepaid asset processing.
• Oversee mortgage-related accounts and reconcile ACH daily.
• Resolve account discrepancies with staff and comply with laws and company policies.
