Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Provide high-quality member and visitor service; greet members, vendors, and guests, respond to inquiries, maintain visitor logs, and issue visitor passes and fobs.
• Perform clerical and administrative duties, including processing mail and packages and maintaining records, files, and reports.
• Perform account maintenance, check posting, deposits, and other transactions; back up branch support as needed.
• Serve as branch ATM custodian, including cash replenishment and balancing.
• Meet assigned sales goals by identifying referral opportunities and directing members to Financial Wellness Coaches.
• Complete and maintain required Financial Wellness certification.
