The Financial Systems Program Manager leads and oversees the successful delivery of financial systems programs and projects that support the firm's strategic and operational objectives. This role is responsible for managing project portfolios, coordinating cross-functional stakeholders, and ensuring initiatives are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with business requirements. The Program Manager partners closely with Finance leadership, Information Technology, vendors, and other stakeholders to drive planning, governance, execution, reporting, and continuous improvement across financial systems initiatives.

Pay Transparency Range: Washington, DC: full-time annualized salary range $160,000 - $195,000. The salary offer will be contingent upon various factors, including but not limited to, relevant experience, internal equity, market data, job location, and other job-related factors permitted by law.
