Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a Manager, Financial Systems to oversee Workday Financials administration from our corporate office. You will partner with Accounting, FP&A and business stakeholders to optimize processes, develop reports, and drive efficiency across finance operations.

The role offers hands-on exposure to system configuration, security, testing, and reporting in a growing nonprofit health and elder care organization.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of accounting, finance, business systems, or related experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Interest in technology, systems, and process improvement.
• Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to learn new systems and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day administration and maintenance of Workday Financials.
• Provide user support for reporting, processes, and system questions.
• Collaborate with IT to resolve technical issues and ensure system reliability.
• Document processes, procedures, and user guides.
• Support security administration activities, including user access reviews.
