Job summary

Covenant Living is seeking an Application Engineer to serve as security architect and administrator for Workday HCM, Payroll, Purchasing, and Finance platforms. You will design, implement, and test access controls, workflows, and data connections with third‑party systems.

You will partner with Strategic Sourcing, Finance, HR, and IT to ensure secure, compliant operations, manage integration connectors, reporting, and release management, and provide training and documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Workday Pro Certification preferred.
• Experience with Workday configuration, reporting, and security frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as security architect and administrator for Workday platforms.
• Design, build, test data connections between Workday and third parties.
• Manage role-based access control and security policies.
• Administer Workday integration connectors and monitor statuses.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards, and analytics for stakeholders.
• Coordinate release management and end-user training.
