You will partner with Accounting, FP&A, and stakeholders to improve processes, automate reporting, and support finance operations across the Covenant Living organization.

Qualifications

• Requires Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Info Systems or related field.
• 2-5 years of accounting, finance, or business systems experience.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial data analysis.
• Interest in financial systems, technology, and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration and maintenance of Workday Financials.
• Respond to user questions, troubleshoot, and escalate complex items.
• Collaborate with IT and system support to resolve issues and ensure performance.
• Maintain documentation of processes, procedures, and user guides.
• Support security administration activities, including user access reviews and role assignments.
• Provide onboarding and periodic training for Finance users.
