Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC is seeking a Financial System Administrator (FSA) to provide computer systems and financial systems administration in support of Seymour Johnson AFB. The role ensures uninterrupted daily operations and long-term system viability through installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of computer and financial systems and networks.

Responsibilities cover on-site admin and enterprise app support across multiple vendors.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Tier 3 investigation for access to classified information at Secret level prior to performance.
• IT-II certification and adjudicated SSBI to obtain elevated privilege on Air Force Network.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC for installation and network access.
• Full qualification under DoD 8140 DCWF standards for Work Role 451: System Administrator, Intermediate, by first day of performance.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, printers, scanners, and peripherals per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Experience with common Office software: MS Windows, MS Office, MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations per AFNETOPS guidance and patching.
• Install and troubleshoot financial applications (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day troubleshooting/resolution/escalation within 8 hours of notification.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecommunications and mobile devices (iPhones, VoIP, telephones, conference room tech).
• Perform general IT tasks for 50–65 PCs weekly and hardware setup/relocation.
• Provide one-on-one Office/Windows/Power BI/telework tool training and deliver monthly IT status reports.
• Serve as IT Asset Manager and Equipment Custodian with inventory control and disposal of excess material.
