Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC seeks a Financial System Administrator to support HQ ACC Financial Management at JBLE. You will manage computer systems and financial apps, ensuring uninterrupted operations, network connectivity, and compliance with AF/DOD standards in a challenging DoD environment.

Role involves hands-on IT asset management, training, and coordination with ESD, NOSCs, and FM personnel. Requires DoD clearance readiness and CAC access.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Tier 3 background investigation and SSBI to access classified info.
• DoD 8140 DCWF standard qualification before start date.
• Ability to obtain DoD CAC for installation and network access.
• Experience with Windows, Office, and enterprise tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain workstations and peripherals to AFNETOPS guidance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot financial/enterprise applications (DEAMS, DJMS, CRIS, ADVANA, etc.).
• Provide same-day troubleshooting and escalation within 8 hours for issues.
• Oversee HQ ACC/FM telecoms, mobile devices, and collaboration systems.
• Perform asset management and inventory control for IT items.
• Provide training on Microsoft Office and telework tools as needed.
• Maintain hardware procurement recommendations and status reports.
• Ensure secure operations and compliance with AF and DoD guidance.
