Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC seeks a Financial System Administrator (FSA) to provide computer systems and financial applications administration in support of the ACC Host Base Comptroller Squadron at Nellis AFB in Las Vegas, NV. The role ensures uninterrupted daily financial operations, maintains system viability, and coordinates with HQ ACC FMF and DMCs.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• A favorable Tier 3 investigation for access to classified information at the Secret level is required before performance.
• IT-II certification and SSBI clearance are required to obtain an elevated privilege account on the Air Force Network.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC for installation and network access.
• Full qualification under DoD 8140 DCWF standards for Work Role 451: System Administrator, Intermediate, by day one.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations in accordance with AFNETOPS guidance and local unit guidance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot required financial applications (e.g., DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day response to troubleshoot and resolve or escalate malfunctions within 8 hours of notification.
• Manage telecommunications and devices (iPhones, VoIP, telephones, VTC, government devices).
• Perform general support tasks for 50–65 PCs per week, including setup, relocation, and hardware testing.
