Rivet Operations Company LLC is seeking a Financial System Administrator to support Headquarters Air Combat Command Financial Management at Joint Base Langley Eustis in Hampton, Virginia. The role focuses on computer systems administration and financial applications, ensuring uninterrupted operations and system viability.

The ideal candidate will have DoD IT credentials, ability to obtain CAC, and experience with AF financial systems and enterprise applications such as DEAMS, DJMS, CRIS, and

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain CAC for installation and network access.
• DoD 8140 DCWF standard qualification for System Administrator, Intermediate level.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations and standard peripherals.
• Experience with financial/enterprise applications (DEAMS, DJMS, CRIS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Teams proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations and peripherals per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Install and troubleshoot financial applications (DEAMS, DJMS, CRIS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day response to application, OS, database, and server issues within 8 hours.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecommunications and mobile devices; support AV/VC systems.
• Maintain asset control and inventory per AFMAN 17-1203; perform monthly status reporting.
