Job summary

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a Financial System Administrator to support the ACC Host Base Comptroller Squadron at Shaw AFB in Sumter, SC. The role focuses on computer systems and financial applications, ensuring uninterrupted operations and secure connectivity.

You will install, configure, and maintain workstations, manage enterprise apps like DEAMS and JOCAS, and coordinate with HQ ACC FMF and DMCs. Strong DoD IT background and authentication requirements apply.

Qualifications

• Experience with Windows OS, Office products, and Power BI.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot financial/enterprise apps.
• Knowledge of DoD IT/financial systems and security guidance.
• Ability to work under DoD 8140 standards and access control requirements.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Install and support financial applications such as DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA.
• Provide same-day response and resolution/escalation for IT and app issues within 8 hours.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecommunications and Government devices; train users on tools.
• Maintain asset inventory and perform routine hardware setup and relocation.
• Produce monthly status reports detailing tech refresh and acquisitions.
• Serve as IT Asset Manager and Equipment Custodian, ensuring compliance.
