Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC in Bellevue, Nebraska, seeks a Financial System Administrator to manage computer systems and financial applications, ensuring uninterrupted operations at Offutt AFB. The role spans system administration and financial app support, coordinating with HQ ACC/FM, DMCs, and ESD, while safeguarding sensitive information.

The successful candidate will install, configure, and maintain workstations, support DEAMS and related apps, and respond to issues within 8 hours.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, printers, scanners, and standard peripherals in accordance with AFNETOPS and local Communications Unit guidance.
• Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting financial/enterprise applications with rapid response within 8 hours of notification.
• Working knowledge of MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations in accordance with AFNETOPS guidance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot required financial applications (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day response to troubleshoot and resolve application, OS, database, and server issues within 8 hours.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecommunications and Government-issued mobile devices.
