Job summary

Rivet Operations Company LLC in Valdosta, GA seeks a Financial System Administrator to maintain DoD financial systems and network operations at Moody AFB. You will coordinate with HQ ACC FMF, DMCs, ESD and local staff to ensure uninterrupted operations and system viability across DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, and DJMS environments.

The role requires DoD 8140 qualification, CAC access, and experience with Windows, Office and collaboration tools, with accountability for IT asset management and equipment

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship required.
• Tier 3 investigation for access to classified information required before start.
• IT-II certification and SSBI completed for elevated privileges.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD CAC for installation/network access.
• Fully qualified under DoD 8140 DCWF Work Role 451: System Administrator, Intermediate.
• Experience installing and maintaining workstations and peripherals per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Proficiency with MS Windows, MS Office, and MS Teams.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations and peripherals.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot financial/enterprise applications (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day response to troubleshoot and resolve issues within 8 hours.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecommunications and Government devices.
• Deliver training on Office, Windows, and AF-sanctioned telework tools; provide status reports.
