Job summary

SimpliSafe in Boston, MA is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst II to own the NetSuite and Coupa integration layer, automate workflows, and monitor systems. You will write SuiteScript, manage integrations, and act as the technical SME with the admin team.

You will collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and Retail on system initiatives, leverage AI to improve processes, and thrive in a hybrid work model with two core in-office days per week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS, IS, or related field.
• 3–5 years in technical business systems or integration analyst roles.
• Strong JavaScript background; NetSuite SuiteScript a plus.
• Experience with REST APIs or SFTP integrations.
• Ability to troubleshoot cross-system integration failures independently.

Responsibilities

• Own and develop integrations into, out of, and between NetSuite and Coupa, including EDI and SPS Commerce connectivity.
• Write and maintain custom NetSuite SuiteScript records to automate business logic and data flows.
• Own Grafana integration monitoring and alerting, respond to incidents in real-time.
• Manage SSH and PGP keys for secure file transfers and partner coordination.
• Serve as the technical SME for Coupa P2P and NetSuite configurations.
