Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 5+ years hands-on NetSuite administration and integrations.
• Experience with Planful or similar ERP/EPM/CPM planning tools.
• Proficient in SuiteScript and SuiteFlow workflows.
• Strong SQL knowledge for reporting and reconciliation.
• Experience with ADP, Esker, Concur, Salesforce and SharePoint.
• Ability to translate business needs into scalable system design.

Responsibilities

• Lead administration of NetSuite and related modules, including configurations and reports.
• Administer Planful and planning tools to support budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide end-user training and support across Finance systems.
• Collaborate with IT to manage users, roles and access controls.
• Develop data integrations and automate finance processes.
• Support system upgrades and project delivery with stakeholders.
