Job summary

Freeman Mathis & Gary, LLP (FMG) seeks a Reporting and Analytics Developer in Atlanta to design and maintain data models, dashboards, and reporting across the firm’s financial systems. You will translate business needs into robust technical solutions, perform data validation, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data quality and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related discipline required.
• Experience with reporting, modeling or BI tech including Power BI, Power Query, DAX.
• Programming with a C-based language; C# preferred.
• Working knowledge of relational databases, data modeling and information management.
• Strong MS Office proficiency (Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• 3–5 years in software development or related technical role.
• Familiarity with SSIS/SSAS/SSRS; REST APIs including Microsoft Graph or Salesforce.
• Experience with Aderant, Elite, Litify or Salesforce in professional services.
• Experience in a law firm or data-sensitive environment preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Fabric for data warehouses/lakehouses; Git.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain data models, Power BI dashboards, SSRS/PBIRS reporting and performance metrics.
• Write and troubleshoot SQL queries to retrieve, validate, reconcile data and fix issues.
• Support data migration and conversions; assist with customizations and automations.
• Create thorough documentation, definitions, and data governance standards.
• Collaborate with business leaders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
