FloSports is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst to manage and optimize our accounting tech stack, bridging Finance, Sales, and Operations. You will own NetSuite and Stripe administration, design integrations with Celigo, and ensure data integrity across systems.

The role emphasizes multi-hat ownership, scalable architecture, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive efficient financial operations.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in hands-on financial systems administration.
• Direct NetSuite admin experience, incl. saved searches and reports.
• Experience with Celigo iPaaS and Stripe billing workflows.
• Solid understanding of foundational accounting (GL, revenue recognition, COA).
• Strong troubleshooting for integration errors and workflow automation.
• NetSuite Administrator certification.

Responsibilities

• NetSuite Administrator and Stripe owner for daily ops.
• Design, monitor, and troubleshoot Celigo integrations between Salesforce, NetSuite, Stripe, Tipalti, and connected apps.
• Identify bottlenecks and implement system-driven process improvements.
• Maintain master data hygiene and GL mappings to align with accounting practices.
• Collaborate with Finance, Sales Ops, Business Systems, and IT to gather requirements.
• Create SOPs and training materials for new systems and processes.
