Job summary

Typeform seeks a Lead Systems Accountant to drive reliability and efficiency of our financial systems, spanning subscriptions, tax platforms, payment gateways, ERP (NetSuite) and planning (Pigment). You will own API interfaces (Workato) ensuring complete data transfer and maintain controls and policies across the stack.

Collaborate with IT and finance teams to meet business needs and train staff on new processes.

• Own finance-related systems spanning subscriptions management, tax platforms, payment gateways, ERP (NetSuite) and planning (Pigment).
• Own API interfaces and tools (Workato) to ensure accurate data transfer.
• Review audit logs daily and enforce access controls.
• Maintain financial systems policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with IT and finance staff to meet requirements.
• Troubleshoot and fix finance-related system issues.
• Train and support the finance team in system use.
