• Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Administrate financial systems user and access within Sage Intacct, Concur, and other tools.
• Provide troubleshooting and general guidance.
• Ensure continuous operations by routing support requests to Finance team.
• Collaborate to maintain compliance with control matrices and audit readiness.
• Assist with annual audits and document retention.
• Create training materials for cross-organizational users.
• Lead Asana project management, improving workflows.
• Support budgeting process and cross-departmental guidance.
• Monitor system usage and propose improvements.
• Document new processes to integrate automated systems.
• Train staff on project tracking and organize training materials.
• Contribute to Strategic Finance team priorities.
