Job summary

DC BLOX in Atlanta is seeking a Business Systems Administrator for Finance & HR to own the day-to-day administration of Sage Intacct, Rippling, Brex, Zip, Kahua and related systems. You will ensure data integrity, security, and governance while enabling Finance and HR teams to operate efficiently.

You will design roles, permissions and workflows, manage user provisioning, runbooks, and audits, and collaborate across IT, Finance and Governance, Risk & Compliance to translate policy into secure

Qualifications

• Experience with RBAC, workflow configuration, and systems administration of sensitive financial or HR data.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field preferred.
• Nice-to-have certifications in relevant platforms or compliance.

Responsibilities

• Own the administration of core Finance and HR systems (Sage Intacct, Rippling, Brex, Zip, Kahua).
• Design and manage roles, permissions, and workflows to enforce least privilege and segregation of duties.
• Handle user provisioning, access changes, and financial workflow updates with auditability.
• Partner with Finance, HR, and GRC teams to translate business processes into secure system configurations.
• Maintain system governance standards, including access reviews and change tracking.
• Maintain data integrity and build reports for decision-making.
• Troubleshoot integrations and ensure accurate data flow between platforms.
• Develop runbooks and documentation for operational consistency.
• Collaborate with IT teams on enhancements and new capabilities.
