Job summary

Creative Financial Staffing, LLC seeks a Financial Systems Manager in Bannockburn, IL to lead ERP implementations, drive CRM integration, and manage financial systems for SOX/compliance in a hybrid environment. You will collaborate with Finance, IT, Operations, and Commercial teams to optimize processes, develop reporting, and oversee ITGC controls and SOC 1 activities.

Requirements include 6+ years in financial systems or IT audit, a bachelor’s in information systems or finance, and experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in financial systems, IT Audit, or accounting with a strong systems focus.
• Experience leading or playing a key role in a full ERP implementation.
• Strong understanding of financial systems, accounting processes, and internal controls.
• Hands-on experience with SOX compliance, ITGC controls, user access reviews, and SOC 1 reporting.
• Ability to manage projects while partnering effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience supporting CRM systems and systems integrations is highly preferred.
• Strong reporting, analytics, and business process improvement experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP implementation activities including requirements gathering, design, testing, data migration, training, and post-go-live support.
• Manage relationships with implementation partners, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful project execution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to optimize business processes and system functionality.
• Support CRM implementation efforts and oversee integration between CRM and ERP platforms.
• Serve as the primary owner for financial systems, reporting, enhancements, and user support.
• Develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and analytics to support business decision-making.
• Manage ITGC, SOX, and audit-related controls, including user access reviews, segregation of duties, and SOC 1 compliance activities.
• Partner with internal and external auditors to support compliance and risk management efforts.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and continuous improvement across Finance and business operations.

This individual will play a critical role in driving an ERP implementation, supporting CRM integration efforts, managing financial systems, and ensuring compliance with SOX, ITGC, and audit requirements.
