Job summary

Rivet Operations Company is seeking a Financial System Administrator to support Shaw AFB in Sumter, SC. The role focuses on computer systems and financial applications, ensuring uninterrupted operations and secure network connectivity with DoD standards.

Responsibilities include deploying and maintaining core financial software, providing rapid issue resolution, and coordinating with HQ ACC FMF and DMCs. Requirements include DoD 8140, security clearance readiness, and ITAM/IAO capacities.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• Tier 3 investigation eligibility for access to classified information.
• Must obtain DoD 8140 DCWF qualification (Work Role 451) before performance start.
• Experience with AFNETOPS guidance, patching, and compliance reporting.
• Experience with MS Windows, MS Office, and Teams.
• Ability to communicate with HQ ACC FMF and local IT staff.
• Knowledge of DoD financial systems and related applications.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations per AFNETOPS and local guidance.
• Install and troubleshoot financial applications (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day response and resolution for IT issues within 8 hours.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecoms and mobile devices.
• Maintain IT asset inventory and office hardware through AFMAN 17-1203.
• Provide training on Microsoft Office, Windows, and AF-sanctioned tools.
