Job summary

Rivet Operations Company is hiring a Financial System Administrator to support the ACC Host Base Comptroller Squadron at Davis-Monthan AFB, Tucson, AZ. The role covers computer systems administration and financial systems application administration to ensure continuous operations and long-term viability, coordinating with HQ ACC and defense centers.

The ideal candidate will install and maintain staff workstations, support numerous financial applications, and provide swift resolution of issues

Qualifications

• U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain/maintain access to classified information.
• Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining workstations, printers, and standard peripherals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Windows, and collaboration tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain staff workstations and peripherals per AFNETOPS guidance.
• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot financial applications (DEAMS, DTS, CRIS, DJMS, IAPS, JOCAS, ADVANA).
• Provide same-day response for application, OS, DB, and server issues within 8 hours of notification.
• Manage HQ ACC/FM telecommunications and Government-issued mobile devices.
• Deliver monthly status reports and advise on hardware/software refresh status.
