Job summary

Western Growers Health is seeking a detail‑oriented administrator to process financial transactions, maintain accounts receivable, and manage vendor payments. You will oversee COBRA/Retiree reimbursements, TPA invoicing, and claim funding activities across PCMI and WGH systems.

The role involves reconciling ledgers, monitoring bank activity, and supporting month‑end close, cash applications, and related reporting. Strong collaboration with internal teams is essential.

Responsibilities

• Maintain/manage all Pinnacle Claims Management, Inc. (PCMI) contribution/premium reimbursements, COBRA/Retiree reimbursements, and vendor pass thru payments for PCMI.
• Verify and authorize the release of PCMI vendor payment within four business days of account funding.
• Manage the process of funding and releasing self-funded claims payments.
• Reconcile and maintain accuracy of group ledger accounts by matching incoming payments to invoices, investigating discrepancies, and maintaining audit trails.
• Monitor bank accounts daily for returned items, overdrafts, positive pay exceptions, stop payments and other reports; complete Month End Financials and deliver to Accounting by the 5th business day.
• Assist with Mid-Month cash application audit by the 15th business day of the month.
• Manage and maintain Bank lockbox, and ACH/Wire programs.
• Manage and maintain retiree invoicing & receivable management programs.
• Support FSA/HSA/HRA programs.
• Manage delinquency processes for WGH & PCMI accounts.
• Coordinate third-party pharmacy processes by reviewing consumer claim data files for billing and invoicing; ensure data integrity against contract pricing.
