Vantage West, located in Tucson, AZ, is seeking a full-time Member Services Associate to handle high-volume inquiries and cross-sell credit union products. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Three years of customer service/sales experience, including one year banking or contact center.
• Availability: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
• Spanish speaking is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Responds to routine Member inquiries via phone, email, or secure message.
• Executes transactions with accuracy, security, and attention to detail.
• Cross-sell products and services to meet Member needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of credit union products, services, and policies.
• Collaborate with external departments to resolve inquiries.
