Responsibilities

• Achieves branch targets by identifying customer needs and offering Regions solutions.
• Conducts outbound calls to expand relationships and acquire new customers.
• Educates customers on Regions' consumer and business products, including loans and deposits.
• Promotes digital banking and technology offerings (mobile/online/ATM).
• Ensures a positive customer experience and handles transaction support as needed.
• Owns and resolves customer issues; refer to experts for complex goals.
• Adheres to bank processes, laws, and risk management as directed.
