Job summary

Highspring is seeking a seasoned consultant to join its Financial Transformation practice in a role focused on mergers and acquisitions, integrations, and system implementations. You will guide complex programs across brokerage, insurance, FinTech, and Fortune 500 clients, coordinating multi-workstream initiatives and delivering executive-ready recommendations.

The position requires 5+ years in Consulting or Finance, strong communication skills, and willingness to travel onsite 1–3 days per

Qualifications

Strong communication, leadership communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working directly with Finance & Accounting teams.
Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning tools (SAP, Oracle).
Willingness to go onsite to clients ~1-3 days per week.

Responsibilities

Lead client workshops, current-state assessments, requirements-gathering sessions, and executive presentations.
Partner with senior team members to execute strategic transformation projects and provide executive-ready recommendations.
Support large-scale programs and multi-workstream initiatives to ensure alignment and timely execution.
Apply Finance & Accounting, operational, project management, product management, and problem-solving skills to deliver tangible outcomes.
