You will lead workshops, perform current-state assessments, and translate business needs into actionable requirements, partnering with senior teams across finance, product, and technology.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of experience in Consulting, Finance, or Accounting.
• Knowledge of financial services, FinTech, insurance, brokerage, Fortune 500 Tech, or similarly complex enterprise environments.
• Direct involvement with complex mergers and acquisitions, integration projects, and/or system implementations.
• Strong communication, leadership communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with Finance & Accounting teams.
• Experience with multiple stakeholders including Lines of Business Leads, Product, and Technology.
• Ability to produce deliverables without relying on standardized templates.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning tools (SAP, Oracle).
• Hands on experience with: assessing current state and making recommendations for future state; writing business requirements, and escalating issues through to resolution.

Responsibilities

• Lead client workshops, current-state assessments, requirements-gathering sessions, and executive presentations.
• Support large-scale programs and multi-workstream initiatives, ensuring alignment and timely execution.
• Partner with senior team members to execute strategic initiatives, transformation projects, leadership communications, and executive-ready recommendations.
• Willingness to go onsite to clients ~1-3 days per week.
