The role requires 8+ years of client-facing experience, strong communication, and ability to travel 25%+. You will collaborate with Finance, Technology, and Operations to deliver measurable value and growth.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 8+ years of client-facing experience in a professional services organization or relevant industry.
• Experience with mergers, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Experience presenting to C-Level executives and facilitating workshops.
• Willingness to travel at least 25%.

Responsibilities

• Deliver strategic advice to senior executives on value from major investments and transformations.
• Plan and execute complex mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructurings.
• Lead Integration Management Office and Separation Management Office workstreams across multiple companies.
• Facilitate executive planning sessions and requirements gathering.
• Develop and manage client relationships and business development efforts.
• Coach and mentor project teams and drive cross-functional delivery.
• Contribute to industry insights on market trends impacting M&A.
