Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Serve and educate customers on product options meeting their needs.
• Escalate issues to store manager or corporate office if unresolved.
• Answer telephone inquiries and process applications or requests.
• Perform outbound sales and courtesy calls in line with regulations and procedures.
• Handle currency, cash deposits, and other cash handling duties.
• Ensure compliance with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete trainings and adhere to quarterly requirements.
