CNG Holdings, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to join our retail finance family.

You will be a front‑line brand ambassador for Check N Go, Allied Cash Advance, or Cash Store, delivering outstanding customer service while ensuring regulatory excellence. In this role you will educate customers on product options, handle cash accurately, perform transactions, and help resolve issues with a professional, customer‑centric approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year in sales, customer service, and/or cash handling preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to multitask and work autonomously.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers on product portfolio and options.
• Escalate issues to store management or corporate when needed.
• Answer calls and assist with general questions.
• Perform outbound sales, courtesy, and collection calls per regulations.
• Provide professional and accurate responses to customers.
• Interact with customers using active listening to clarify info.
• Handle and count currency; manage cash drawer.
• Balance batch receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Process transactions including loans, check cashing, and Net Spend.
• Comply with federal/state regulations and company policies.
• Complete compliance trainings timely.
• Other duties as assigned.
