What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to service past due accounts
- Adhere to state and federal collection guidelines during interactions
- Negotiate payment solutions to optimize revenue collection
- Encourage future usage of card services through a consultative approach
- Assist in the card services customer service inbound call center as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Ability to be licensed as a debt collector by the state of Minnesota
- Experience in collections or first-party collections is preferred
- Ability to manage a high volume of calls while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
