What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Answer complex inbound account inquiries related to various financial products
- Troubleshoot customer inquiries regarding online enrollment and password issues
- Enter and review new account applications from multiple channels
- Process and review transactions and credit line increase requests
- Perform additional duties as assigned
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls while maintaining accuracy
- A quiet, distraction-free workspace for remote work
- Strong computer skills and technical troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
