Financial Services Representative - Madison, WI

Job Description:

Are you passionate about helping people? Join our team as a Financial Services Representative, where you'll focus on growth and career development while supporting customers through inbound calls. This role prepares you for a future as the face of Fidelity in our Investor Centers. Benefit from paid training to obtain your Series 7 & 66 licenses, personalized support, and a celebration of your achievements, all while building valuable skills and experience. During onboarding, you'll support Fidelity’s customers over the phone with account inquiries, transactions, and trades, working from home and spending one day per week in the Investor Center. After onboarding, you'll work primarily in the Investor Center.

What to Expect

In your first year, your onboarding leader will guide you through our industry-leading training program, supporting your transition from remote work to in-person service at an Investor Center.

  • Obtain Licenses: Study for and earn your SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 licenses, fully paid and sponsored by Fidelity, including study time, coaching, and review classes. Successful completion of all exams is required.
  • Build and Solidify Skills: Spend four days a week supporting customers remotely and one day in an Investor Center to develop and hone your skills. You’ll also have dedicated time for professional development and networking. Upon completing training, you'll transition to working full-time in an Investor Center, with flexibility depending on business needs.
  • Discover Success: Gain confidence and proficiency in serving customers, joining the wealth management development track to build advanced skills for a career in planning.
