Randstad USA in Columbus, OH is seeking Financial Services Reps to join our Retirement Plan Solution Center. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer care to members, partners, plan sponsors and investment professionals. Training is provided with a five-week program and hybrid or fully remote options depending on distance from Columbus.

Start date is 10/26/26, with hours Mon–Fri and potential weekend coverage. Compensation is $19/hour, with a pay increase upon conversion.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service with a professional demeanor.
• Ability to communicate clearly with customers and partners.
• Comfort with using computer systems while on the phone.

Responsibilities

• Take incoming calls from public sector participants about retirement accounts.
• Assist with basic topics like account balance, distributions, and password resets.
• Build meaningful connections with customers via phone inquiries.
• Educate customers on products to support sales objectives.
• Identify routine sales opportunities and promote products accordingly.
