Job summary

Randstad USA is assisting a Fortune 100 company in Columbus, OH, seeking driven customer service professionals for a Financial Services support role. The position offers a mix of remote and hybrid work, with a 38.75-hour week and 8am–8pm EST coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance, Business Administration, Insurance, Economics, or Communications preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience in banking, financial services, retail, sales or hospitality.
• A SERIES 6 LICENSE WILL EVENTUALLY BE REQUIRED.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from investment professionals, plan sponsors, and members, providing comprehensive support across current and legacy product suites.
• Educate customers on financial topics such as tax implications, penalties & surrender charges, lifetime income, and plan/contract benefits.
• Interpret and apply changes to product policies, ensuring compliance with FINRA, licensure, company and state/local regulations.
• Analyze complex problems to determine proper action and pursue first-time final resolution.
• Participate in team meetings and lean methodology to improve efficiency and quality.
• Maintain meticulous records of conversations and adhere to documentation processes.
