• Manage full lifecycle of bond transactions.
• Communicate with agents via email for documentation and inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all processing activities.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, agents, brokers, and partners.
• Assist with financial transactions per policy guidelines.
• Interpret contract provisions and apply them to requests.
• Research records and reports to support decisions.

• Review daily batch print jobs and route documents appropriately.
• Fold, stuff, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Route checks and miscellaneous correspondence to the correct departments.
• Type letters and manage undeliverable mail.
• Manage the full lifecycle of bond transactions, including new business, cancellations, reinstatements, amendments, and updates.
• Communicate with agents via email to provide documentation and respond to inquiries.
• Ensure a high level of accuracy and compliance in all processing activities.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, agents, brokers, and partners.
• Assist with financial transactions in accordance with policy guidelines.
• Interpret contract provisions and apply them to customer requests.
• Research records and reports to support accurate decision-making.
