• Create, review, and audit transaction letters and annual statements for delivery within SLAs.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and improve document workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaction Processing: Execute high-volume financial and non-financial transactions, including large premium payments, fund transfers/reallocations, policy loans, withdrawals, surrenders, and account maintenance (owner/beneficiary updates, broker changes).
• Quality Assurance: Conduct same-day quality-check reviews on all processed transactions to maintain data integrity and regulatory alignment.
• Document Management: Generate, review, and audit transaction confirmation letters and annual statements, ensuring delivery to Account Representatives within strict service level agreements (SLAs).
• Cross-Functional Support: Partner closely with internal teams to resolve account discrepancies and streamline daily document distribution workflows.

Qualifications & Skill Sets

Experience & Education:

• Required: High School diploma or equivalent.
• Preferred: A completed (or near-conpletion) Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience: 1–2 years of professional corporate experience in an office environment, or equivalent internship experience.
