Qualifications

• Fast learner with ability to multitask.

Responsibilities

• Sort and distribute mail accurately and efficiently.
• Review daily batch print jobs and route documents.
• Fold, stuff, and prepare outgoing mail.
• Route checks and correspondence to the correct departments.
• Type letters and manage undeliverable mail.
• Manage full lifecycle of bond transactions.
• Communicate with agents via email for documentation and inquiries.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in all processing activities.
• Respond to inquiries from customers, agents, brokers, and partners.
• Assist with financial transactions per policy guidelines.
• Interpret contract provisions and apply them to requests.
• Research records and reports to support decisions.
• Identify routine processing errors and corrective actions.
• Escalate complex or non-standard cases when necessary.
