Job summary

Stellar Consulting Solutions, LLC seeks a Customer Service Representative I to support clients in Des Moines, IA or Wayne, PA with a hybrid work arrangement (3 days onsite per week). This six-month plus contract role offers exposure to the financial services sector and direct customer interactions by phone and email.

You will handle inquiries, process payments, update accounts, and coordinate with vendors and lessees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Experience in a telephone call center preferred.
• Experience in the financial services industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service via the telephone.
• Proactively contact customers via phone or email to solicit and enroll into direct debit and email invoicing.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and/or lessees.
• Answers incoming customer calls; Processes address changes.
• Processes requests for lease documentation and fee waiver requests.
• Performs account audits and reconciliation.
• Processes insurance cancellation provisions and payments by phone.
• Completes credit reference requests; Processes lease assignment requests; Processes tax requests.

Job Description :

Customer Service Representative’s main function is to provide excellent customer service by ensuring that customer's inquiries via the phone are answered appropriately and timely.

Responsibilities that are an outcome of this service may include processing payments made by phone, updating and maintaining customer accounts and providing appropriate information to vendors.

• Provides customer service via the telephone.

• Understanding and ability to perform basic math functions.
• Knowledge of the leasing industry preferred.
• Basic PC skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
