Job summary

BrightBridge Credit Union in Waltham, MA is seeking a Financial Services Representative to deliver in-person and digital service, assist with loan processing, and deepen member relationships through personalized support and product recommendations.

You'll maintain knowledge of all products and services, originate and close loans, manage accounts, and provide exceptional member experiences while complying with Bank Secrecy Act policies. Travel to other branches as needed is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent required; associates degree preferred.
• Two years of customer service experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication; organized and reliable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and cross-sell effectively.
• Eligible to register with NMLS and maintain status as MLO if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of all products and services offered by the Credit Union.
• Sales and service activities to meet quarterly goals while delivering excellent member experience.
• Assist with loan processing and document creation for funding and disbursement.
• Handle account openings/closings and maintain proper documentation.
• Provide support across branches and assist Call Center with member issues.
• Promote and refer additional third-party products as determined by the Credit Union.
