You will learn members' goals and recommend tailored financial options while handling transactions and assisting with notary duties and cross-selling, all within a compliant framework.

This role also supports offsite events and member outreach.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s in Business in lieu of experience considered.
• Minimum one year branch experience required.
• Minimum two years of general work experience in customer service, call center, or sales.
• Notary commission by state within six months of starting.
• Banking products, cross-selling, onboarding, and retail banking experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen member relationships.
• Process routine and complex financial transactions accurately and in compliance.
• Provide tailored financial solutions to meet members' needs.
• Educate members to use online banking, mobile app, and ATMs.
• Participate in offsite membership development events to promote membership.
• Refer members to internal specialists to meet financial goals.
• Conduct outbound member outreach by phone and email, with proactive follow-ups.
• Handle escalated member issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
