Job summary

First National Bank of Waterloo in Collinsville, IL is seeking a Financial Services Representative to provide full customer service for new and existing accounts. You will handle transactions, inform customers about bank products, and support daily teller functions.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with teller/new account experience preferred and strong communication skills. This is a full-time position offering benefits and opportunities to advance within the branch

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Teller and New Account experience preferred
• Excellent communication and customer skills

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to all Bank customers.
• Communicate appropriate Bank products and services to new and existing customers
• Resolve customer problems through direct personal action
• Perform basic service transactions that take minimal time (stop payments, address changes, etc.).
• Accurately conduct all credit and debit transactions
• Verify cash drawer, balance and prepare daily work
• Receive and disburse money to and from customers following defined policies and procedures.
• Assure teller area is secure and well maintained
• Open New Accounts, to include CD’s, HSA’s and IRA’s
• Cross train as Teller to fill in when needed
• Other duties as assigned
