World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage past-due accounts, and prepare tax returns for customers in a fast-paced branch setting.

You will handle high-volume calls, meet in-person with clients, and balance cash while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Growth opportunities and a strong team culture are highlighted in the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations.

Responsabilités

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts by securing payments and setting payment arrangements.
• Contact approved, pending, and former borrowers to drive loan volume and cross-sell financial products.
• Prepare individual tax returns and assist customers with tax-related questions in compliance with policy.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications, tax preparation, payments, and account questions.
• Process payments, updates, and tax documents; document all activity in systems.
• Maintain accurate records and required tax documentation; issue credit denial letters as needed.
• Handle cash and balance deposits; follow bank procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Complete training and meet performance expectations for sales, collections, tax prep, and account management.
