Qualifications

• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills and data entry accuracy.
• Willingness to work in an in-person, office-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications, explaining terms, and asking for the business.
• Outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business.
• Manage delinquent accounts and arrange payments.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation services.
• Process payments, account updates, tax-related documentation, and document activity.
• Maintain accurate records and comply with regulations.
• Handle cash and bank deposits; balance cash and perform bank runs.
