Job summary

World Finance is seeking a Financial Services Representative to drive loan sales, manage delinquent accounts, and assist customers with tax services. This role requires daily outbound calling, in-person meetings, and closing loans in a fast-paced branch environment.

You will handle high-volume calls, balance customer needs with branch goals, and contribute to solutions across sales, collections, and tax preparation while pursuing performance-based earnings.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, customer service, collections, or account management with measurable results.
• Ability to handle high-volume calls and difficult conversations with customers.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding goals in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and close loan sales by taking applications and explaining terms.
• Conduct substantial daily outbound outreach for collections, tax services, and new business generation.
• Manage delinquent accounts and set payment arrangements.
• Assist customers in person with loan applications and tax preparation.
• Process payments and document activity in company systems.
• Maintain accurate records and balance cash as needed.
