20four7va is seeking a proactive outbound sales assistant in the United States to engage prospects, qualify leads, and book Zoom meetings.

You will follow approved financial-services scripts, perform outreach via Gmail and Calendly, and maintain organized records in Excel or Google Sheets. This role offers weekly payments, ongoing training, and strong support within a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• Prior cold calling and appointment-setting experience.
• Proficient with Power Dialer systems.
• Strong spoken and written English with native or near-native accent.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Gmail and Calendly.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, or banking is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls using client-provided prospect lists.
• Use approved financial-services scripts to generate interest.
• Schedule qualified prospects for Zoom meetings through Calendly.
• Send personalized emails through Gmail.
• Maintain organized prospect and outreach records in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Track appointments scheduled and outstanding follow-ups.
