Qualifications

• Three years of experience in financial services, advisory office practices, and custodial operations.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Detail-oriented with accuracy in financial documents.
• Excellent verbal and written communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary client contact for inquiries and product information.
• Assist with account opening/closing and monitor for compliance.
• Maintain financial plans and investment details for advisors.
• Process and maintain client records in the CRM system.
• Ensure all interactions comply with industry regulations.
• Communicate updates to clients, advisors, and internal teams.
• Address issues and escalate where needed to ensure satisfaction.
• Educate advisors on products, services, and systems.
• Collaborate with custodians to process transactions.
• Generate reports and provide insights to improve service.
